› Haggis tasting
January 25th is Burns' Night; a celebration of the life and works of the great Scottish poet. Haggis is a Scottish delicacy and is always eaten at Burns' Night Suppers. Mr Morley brought a genuine Haggis into TISC and let some student volunteers try it. Opinion was somewhat divided; most students liked the taste but almost all thought that the traditional sheep's intestine that the "Chief of the Pudding Race" is cooked in was disgusting. ‹ Back to Latest News
