The annual House Singing Competition took place in the Taunton School’s Theatre on 16th October. It was really great!!!! I think that everybody had a lot of fun. Each of the boarding houses in Taunton School had to perform two songs.

Some of the performances were better then others. I noticed that the TISC boys mostly focused on dancing and acting, and girls mostly on singing during our performance of Achy Breaky Heart. I think that TISC did really well! At least better than in the practices!

It was very hot in the hall and I think that is why there were two fire alarms. Everybody had to go out of the building and it was raining very heavily. A couple of the performances were interrupted by the alarms, so they had to start from the very beginning but luckily it wasn’t ours! On the whole it was an amazing evening!
