Keeping in touch with homeIt is very important that students keep in touch with their friends and family at home; we have public telephones in each of the boarding houses and we sell phone cards so students can make cheap calls home. Students are given email and internet access and they are able to use TISC and Taunton School’s excellent IT facilities. There is also wireless access throughout the school campus and students are able to use this free of charge. However, we do ask students to store their laptops in our secure cabinets at night so they are not tempted to stay up all night on their computers. |
